Ivaylo Petkov graduated University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy Sofia in 1996.
Founder of the architectural bureau 10 AM, in 2001.
Since 2001. is a doctoral student at UACEG Faculty of Architecture, Department of Urban Planning, with a doctoral thesis: Urban Simulations.
Since 2004. is a full time assistant at UACEG, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Public Buildings.
Since its founding, the 10 AM Architectural Bureau has primarily designed public buildings in complex urban contexts or functional uses.
Until 2012 10 AM has designed over 130 sites with total built-up area of over 700000sq.m, most of them have been realized, such as:
- The Red House Center for Culture and Debate, 2001-02.
- Residential buildings, Nessebar, 2004-07.
- Textile construction, Nessebar Waterpark, 2005.
- Residential building, St. Vlas, 2008
- House for Temporary Accommodation of Foreign Citizens, Lyubimets, 2008-10.
- Lyulin Hospital, Sofia, 2006-09
- CREDO Complex, Trudovets, 2007-10.
- Textile construction, Maritzagardon, Plovdiv, 2010.
- Administrative building, Sofia, 2008-11.
- TRINITY Sports Training Halls, Varna, 2011-2012.
From 2010 until today, 10 AM develops a series of competitive projects with innovative technical and energy efficient solutions.
