Desislava Kardzhova has a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from International Higher Business Schools, qualifications and qualifications from IATA, Amadeus, and management program at Principal Hotel Company and De Vere Estates, London. Since 2009 she has been working in the Tourism Directorate of the Central Cooperative Union. Since 2017 she is the manager of COOP Club Restaurant, Sofia and COOP Central Ltd., a company managing hotel COOP ****, Sofia, Guest Houses COOP Dobrinishte and COOP Holidays Travel Agency. Since 2019 she has been a member of the board of directors of CCU. She is also a member of the Bulgarian Association of Professionals in Hotel Management.
